The Fort Kent Ladies of St. Anne continued their tradition of community generosity during their recent Christmas Party, where members passed around a basket to collect donations for the Forest Hill Manor activity department. The contribution was made in honor of the Ladies of St. Anne members who currently reside at Forest Hill Manor.

Social Justice & Peace We will be holding a Food Drive for our local pantries on the weekends of January 17/18 and January 24/25 in all churches. Needed food items include: Canned soup, Broths, Flour, Sugar, Pizza Kits, Tuna Kits, Beef Stew, Canned baked beans, Vienna sausage, Spam, Peanut Butter, Jam Toiletry items such as Toilet paper, Soap, Toothpaste and Deodorant are also needed. Please check the expiration date on all items. The pantries cannot distribute expired items.

SOCIAL JUSTICE & PEACE: On Sunday, February 8, our parish will celebrate World Marriage Day at the 9:00 am Mass in St. Louis Church. We will recognize couples married in the following years: 2016, 2006, 2001, 1996, 1986, 1976, 1971 and any year earlier. Couples will receive a flower bouquet, have their photo taken and be listed in the Program. If you were married in any of the above years (regardless of where you were married) and would like to participate, please call the rectory at 834-5656 (M-Th 8-4) and give your name and marriage year. You will be sent a formal invitation in the mail. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and be recognized for your dedication to each other and to the sacrament of married life.

A heartfelt thank you to the Fort Kent Community High School National Honor Society for sharing your time and talents in helping with the reception for the Echoes of Christmas Concert. Your efforts made the event warm and welcoming, and it was truly appreciated. We especially enjoyed your "little snowman"⛄ that you created for everyone to enjoy as they came into church.

Sincere thanks and deep appreciation for all the Christmas wishes, gifts, cheers and good will extended by you in this Holy Season. A true witness of your generous spirit and your ongoing support for your Parish priests along with the ministry of the parish. You have our blessings and our prayers. On January 1st, 2026, St. Charles Church will be having a Holy Hour to honor "The Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God," at 3:00 pm. This Holy Hour will replace the Holy Hour scheduled on January 4th, 2026.
