Laurel Daigle, a long-time resident of Fort Kent, will discuss his new book, Little Franciscans of Mary of Fort Kent's St. Louis Convent and School, at 5 p.m. on May 21. The book features a foreword by Msgr. Labrie. This free event will be held at the Acadian Archives on the UMFK campus. Copies will be available for $15.95.

Early every Monday morning, this devoted group arrives to wash floors, dust, vacuum, set up for upcoming Masses, funerals, & weddings, & decorate for the various liturgical seasons. They even take on a “grand ménage” whenever it is needed.
