This week we joyfully shine our Gratitude Spotlight on the incredible team behind St. Mary's Food Pantry in St. Mary's Hall behind the church. These devoted volunteers faithfully serve over on hundred families on the first Wednesday of each month. Offering not just food, but hope, kindness & love.
We are deeply grateful for the compassionate hearts of: Rosaire Daigle, Sandra & Edgar Parent, Frank Fargali, Phil Scott, Phil Lozier, & Debra Labbe.
Their shared Spirit is simple yet powerful: "They all love helping people."
Rosaire Daigle, who has led this ministry for four years, shares: "I enjoy giving & seeing people receive food that many of them cannot afford." "I am not doing His work for Him--He does it Himself, by me allowing myself to be used as an instrument for his glory."
Sandra & Edgar Parent add: "We help with the food pantry because Rosaire asked, & we enjoy begin able to serve the community by doing this." This is a completely volunteer-run ministry, & we are truly blessed to have selfless individuals in out parish family. Their unwavering dedication is a living example of faith in action.
To all who serve at the St. Mary Food Pantry, thank you. May God bless you for your compassion, commitment, & love. We are grateful.
