All Faiths Welcome! 2026 National Life Chain, Sunday, October 4 from 2:00 PM TO 3:00 PM. This is an organized event hosted annually in approximately 2,000 communities across North America. Its main purpose is to publicly repent over the sin of abortion and ask for God’s mercy over the healing of our divided land that has grown very disrespectful of the dignity of every human being, born and unborn.
Locally, we will be gathering in the parking lot located across the street from St. Louis Catholic Church. Please show up a few minutes before kickoff for a briefing on personal safety issues of concern and general guidance. For anyone willing to stay a bit longer, a short prayer service--not a part of the Life Chain itself--will take place at 3:00 PM in front of the monument dedicated to victims of abortion.
We are called by our Creator to do everything we can through prayer and service to be “our brother’s keeper,” bearing in mind there’s greater strength in numbers if only we care enough. Both young and old are invited to participate. Children usually respond well to pro-life activities when given an opportunity to participate. --Life Chain Coordinator
